# Between reviews: what we do behind the scenes

## Most of our work happens between meetings: watching your investments, the rules, Centrelink and your paperwork.

Most of what we do happens when you're not looking. Between your reviews, we watch your money, the rules and your paperwork, and get in touch when something needs your attention. You don't have to remember to ask.

### What we keep watch on

- **Your investments:** kept in line with your model. See [How we manage your investments](https://portal.primeyears.com.au/help/how-we-manage-your-investments?hsLang=en-au).
- **Your plan:** cash flow modelling updated as life changes, to show when adjustments are needed.
- **The rules:** super, pension, tax and Centrelink changes. If one affects you, we tell you what it means.
- **Centrelink:** your record checked every quarter, and the new thresholds each July.
- **Tax:** contribution timing and your position, coordinated with your accountant.
- **Your estate:** death benefit nominations tracked for renewal, and your solicitor kept in the loop.

There's no generic commentary: if we contact you, it's because something matters to you.

### When you need us

- **A big decision,** such as helping family or a long holiday: one call, and we model the impact and explain the trade-offs.
- **A letter or a bill:** forward it, and we deal with it.
- **Money:** a withdrawal or a change to your income, arranged for you.
- **Your family:** if something happens to you, they have one team to call that already knows your affairs.

### Ongoing service and the Concierge

On ongoing service, this runs year after year: see [Your annual review in April or May](https://portal.primeyears.com.au/help/your-annual-review-in-april-or-may?hsLang=en-au). Foundations, our lighter ongoing care, covers the core of it: investments monitored, Centrelink kept current and email support. For the Concierge, it runs for your 12 months: forward whatever comes up and we handle it, with a quarterly Centrelink check.
