Forward anything that arrives
If a letter or email comes from Centrelink, a fund, the aged care home or anyone else, forward it or text us a photo. No covering note needed. You never need to write a long email. Once it's with us, it's ours to deal with.
When something needs a conversation
For a bigger question, such as your advice or a difficult decision, text or email us what you'd like to cover. We book a phone call at a time that suits, so the right person is ready for it.
