# Our team, and who does what

## The people behind your year with us, what each role looks after, and how to reach them all at once.

Behind your adviser is a team, each with a clear part of your year. Every step has an owner, so your file doesn't sit waiting for someone to pick it up.

### Your adviser

Runs your initial meeting, sets your strategy, signs off your advice and presents it at your advice presentation meeting. Your adviser also runs your reviews. Every recommendation comes from your adviser.

### Our client coordinator

Makes your first call, the 15-minute chat, then books your meetings and reviews, follows up and runs your 30-minute fact find session. For the Concierge, our client coordinator also sends the month 11 and wrap-up letters.

### Our client services officers

Prepare your initial meeting pack, welcome you when you pay and run your onboarding. They also draft your Statement of Advice for your adviser. Once your advice is in place, they check everything against it, as a second pair of eyes.

### Our implementation specialist

Puts your advice in place: every form lodged and followed up until everything is set up as your advice says. For ongoing service, our implementation specialist also prepares your review pack each year.

### Our Centrelink and aged care specialist

Looks after Centrelink for you as your nominee. If you or a parent are moving into aged care or a retirement village, our Centrelink and aged care specialist also handles the home or village side, from the papers to the first invoice.
