# Paying your invoice

## How our fees are paid: the Concierge up front, ongoing service from the investments we manage, and Centrelink care by subscription.

Every fee is set out in writing before you pay anything, and every fee includes GST. We're independent and take no commissions, so the fees you agree with us are the only way we're paid.

### The Concierge

Your 12 months are paid up front, on one invoice that comes with your engagement letter. Your Concierge starts the day we receive your payment and runs for 12 months from then. As your engagement letter sets out, the fee isn't refundable, in full or in part.

### Ongoing service

Your first payment, for your first three months, comes with your engagement letter and starts your engagement. After that, your fee comes out of the super, pension or investment account we manage for you, each month, so there's nothing for you to pay directly. Your statements show it, and each year your fee disclosure statement sets out what you paid and what you received. Foundations works the same way.

### Centrelink care

A subscription, paid by card, monthly or for the year.

### Paying an invoice

Our invoices come by email from admin@primeyears.com.au. Pay by card, using the link on the invoice, or by bank transfer to the account shown on it. We record a transfer on your invoice once it reaches our account. If an invoice is still open, a reminder comes on the due date, then 7 and 14 days after. If one arrives after you've paid, just let us know.

If you ever get a message saying our bank details have changed, text us before you pay.

### Your tax invoice

It shows our ABN and the GST on its own line, so the total matches the fee you agreed. If something changes, such as your package or who pays, we update your open invoice rather than send a second one. Invoices go to your household's main contact, who may be a family member or attorney.
