# The advice presentation meeting, and signing once

## We book it when your advice is ready. Nothing is signed in the meeting, and afterwards you sign everything once.

The advice presentation meeting is where your adviser walks you through your Statement of Advice and answers your questions. There's no set day: we email you to book a time as soon as your advice is ready. Nothing is signed in the meeting.

### Booking it

- We email you a booking link once your adviser has signed off your advice.
- Meet by video, or at our office at Level 1, 430 Little Collins Street, Melbourne.
- Bring anyone who helps you with decisions like this, such as family or your attorneys. If you're a couple, it helps if you both come.

There's nothing to prepare.

### In the meeting

Your adviser explains what we recommend and why. Ask as many questions as you like.

### After the meeting

The same day, we email you your advice to keep, any product documents and the meeting recording. Then one DocuSign envelope arrives with everything to sign, already filled in:

- Your Statement of Advice, to confirm you'd like to go ahead
- The forms to put your advice in place, filled in from your statements and fact find
- Your fee consent, which is a separate form
- For ongoing service, your Ongoing Service Agreement

Read it at your own pace. If anything is unclear, or a figure doesn't look right, text or email us before you sign, and we'll book a call with your adviser. Nothing goes ahead until you approve it.

### Who signs

Each person signs their own forms. An attorney signs under a power of attorney.
