# When your 12 months end

## Your Concierge runs 12 months from the day you paid, and in month 11 we agree with you what comes next.

Your Concierge runs for 12 months from the day we received your payment. In month 11, we invite you to a review with your adviser to look back on the year and agree what comes next.

### Month 11

1. We email you to book your review.
2. Your adviser looks at where things stand and recommends one of four ways forward.
3. Anything new comes to you in writing, to sign by DocuSign.

### The four ways forward

- **Ongoing service:** we keep looking after your money for good, with a review every April or May. You go straight to monthly fees, with no first three months to pay again.
- **Foundations:** lighter ongoing care for the investments we manage, with Centrelink kept up to date and one review a year. There's no flat fee.
- **Centrelink care:** for when Centrelink is the only thing left to look after. We stay on as your nominee, with a quarterly check, for a monthly subscription paid by card.
- **A clean finish:** we send a summary of the year and your file, close the file neatly and hand the Centrelink nominee role back to you, or to someone you choose.

### For aged care families

### If we can't reach you

Your Concierge ends as planned, 12 months from the day you paid. You can come back to us any time.
