# Your year with us: Set Up, Run It and Wrap Up

## How the year runs in three parts, from onboarding to your review, and what we need from you along the way.

Every household's year with us has three parts: Set Up, Run It and Wrap Up. Our updates come by email with a one-page "Your year with us" guide, so you always know where you're up to and what, if anything, we need from you.

### Set Up: about the first 90 days

Onboarding comes first, for everyone: your documents, your details, your authorities and a 30-minute fact find session, usually within two weeks. Then the work runs side by side:

- **Your financial strategy:** your advice, then putting it in place.
- **Centrelink:** we act as your nominee, check your record and lodge what's needed.
- **Your aged care home or village,** if that's part of your year: the agreement or contract checked, the payment made and the first invoice checked.

At about day 90, Set Up is done and we send you a note of what we put in place.

### Run It: from month 4

Whatever comes up, forward it to us and we handle it: a letter, a bill from the home, or an income payment that's late or looks wrong. We keep Centrelink up to date as your nominee. For ongoing service, we also watch and rebalance your investments, and check the new super and Centrelink thresholds each July. For the Concierge, there's a second review once the home sells, and a third if health or circumstances change.

### Wrap Up

- **Ongoing service:** your review every April or May, where you sign a fresh agreement. Comprehensive households also have a review in October or November. Then the year starts again.
- **The Concierge:** in month 11, we review the year with you and agree what comes next. The Concierge ends 12 months from the day you paid.
