Joining your meeting by Zoom
Your Zoom link is in your booking confirmation, and you don't need a Zoom account to join.
Your Zoom link is in the confirmation email you received when the meeting was booked. Reminder emails may not include it, so keep the confirmation handy, or text us and we'll send the link again.
Before the meeting
- You don't need a Zoom account. Click the link a few minutes early.
- On a phone or tablet, Zoom asks you to install its free app the first time.
- A computer or tablet is easier than a phone if we'll look at documents together.
- Find a quiet spot, and check your sound and camera when Zoom asks.
Family and attorneys
Anyone who helps with decisions is welcome. They can join with the same link, from wherever they are.
Meeting in person
Some meetings are at our office at Level 1, 430 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Your confirmation says which it is.
Recording
We record our meetings so we keep accurate notes. After your initial meeting and your advice presentation meeting, we send you the recording.
